First, thanks for selecting my photo of Boston to use on your page. Although I have been here several times, I have yet to thank you. I also just noticed that the beautiful photo you use of Vancouver is taken by someone who goes from the moniker of istargazer. Pretty funny coincidence.

Some day I hope to make it to Vancouver. It looks like such a beautiful city and surrounding area.

I second the welcome. I was just skimming the thread you linked to; I normally prefer KMail, but I may have to check out Thunderbird again, since it sounds like you guys have some very interesting plans for it.
P.S. I’d be interested to read your take on the iPhone you just purchased, if you should care to post anything about it.

In case you didn’t find out yet, Vancouver has a lovely baseball stadium – Nat Bailey Stadium:

the local university team (UBC Thunderbirds) play there in spring, and the Vancouver Canadians (short season single A affiliates of the Oakland As) play there over summer (starting next week, IIRC). It’s a great place to go watch a game on a nice summer evening, and tickets are pretty cheap (I like to sit right down behind the catcher, for $12 or so).
